What:

Heartache Hall is a 3 day retreat, with each day specifically focused on an intention that will create some deep shifts and help move you from wherever you are stuck.

By the end of day 3 you will:

• understand how you FEEL,
• have spent time accepting this and BEING; and then
• Dared to DREAM.

You will save time by getting unstuck, be feeling excited for your future and have some serious clarity about what you need to do next. You can't afford not to do this!

​Typical day at the Heartache Hall:

Morning

The day will start with a family-style breakfast. It's an opportunity to regroup and bond over highly nutritious and deliciously decadent meals, all created by our fancy chefs and designed by our expert nutritionist to give us the best, most balanced start to the day.

Hannah guides you through each day, starting with an explanation of the intention of the day’s activities, setting the scene for some deep shifts, and answering any questions you may have.

We then move into a yoga practice, led by incredible Forrest Yoga teacher Natalie Palmer, specifically designed to assist with the day's intention and help you reach the parts of you that are needed.

Lunch and Rest

We will come together for a leisurely lunch, which again will be the exact balance of what our bodies need to replenish and rebuild for the next session.

The days are quite long so lunch is a longer rest period to give you time to think. You can break out into smaller groups to talk, journal any feeling, emotions or memories that may have come up and nana naps are very much approved of! Whatever you need to help you integrate what you have learnt or understood about yourself.

We find after a big ah-ha moment that sleep is a must and often leads to more ah-ha moments!

Afternoons and Evening

The afternoon sessions on day 1 and 2 are focused on emotional breakthroughs, using meditation, body work, and symbolic ceremony to help you shift to a place of understanding and acceptance. The evenings end with a family supper and chats around the fire.

Day 3 will focus on dreaming big dreams and getting all the practical advice and support you need to get there.

We will set you on your way with a dream, a plan and a money-can't-buy community of women to support you on your way to getting there.

The Venue is in the heart of Northumberland Countryside but also very easy to get to from Newcastle Railway Station and only a 15 minute drive from Newcastle Airport.
